Junior Web Developer –Asp.net/HTML -£22k –Manchester

My client is a leading digital agency in central Manchester. They require a Junior Web Developer to join an expanding development team. The Web Developer will have solid experience of developing .Net Websites in Asp.net/C#. The Junior Web Developer will have experience of developing Front-End applications in XHTML, CSS and Javascript also. Due to the nature of the work involved, the Junior Web Developer will have solid experience of internet rich applications with Flex and/or Silverlight experience being of interest.

The Junior .Net Web Developer will ideally be a graduate with preferably 12 months experience in the industry. A graduate with a good Web Site portfolio (work conducted in .Net/XHTML) would also be welcome.

The Junior Developer will be paid a starting salary of £22,000 including excellent benefits.

My client is a leading financial services organisation based in Central Manchester. A period of growth within the Data Warehousing team has led to the need for a further Database developer. Developing large scale databases, you will be a highly experienced SQL Server professional. You will have solid exposure to SQL Server 2000/2005, including extensive knowledge of T-SQL and DTS (or SSIS). Any further exposure to SSAS, SSRS or OLAP would be hugely advantageous also. Working alongside experienced professionals, the data warehouse team offers a refreshingly professional work place to grow and expand your skills. There is scope to develop small front end .net applications and so any exposure to Asp.net, Vb.net or C# would be very useful. This vacancy is for a Project Manager who must come from a digital agency. Marketing agency, e-marketing or an e-commerce background!

My client are a leading Online Marketing Agency. Due to continued expansion, they are recruiting for a Digital Project Manager. The Project Manager will come with solid experience of delivering high quality websites/web applications and have experience working for a digital agency. The Project Manager will be involved in the full project lifecycle and be able to show experience of Project Definition, Process Management, Budget Management, Project Communication and Team Leadership.

The Project Manager will come from a digital agency background, however solid exposure to numerous web based projects will suffice. There is no solid Project Management framework in place, however an understanding of Prince 2 would be advantageous.

Knowledge of the following would be highly interesting:

My client is a leading media services organisation based in Central Manchester. Due to continued expansion, the company requires a further developer. An experienced head will be required here, with the opportunity for Team Lead status in the near future. Involved in the full life cycle development of both Prospecting Systems and CRM systems, you will have excellent experience of C#/Asp.net, Visual Studio (2000/2005) and SQL Server (2000/2005). You will have experience of coding both Winforms and Web Apps. Any exposure to Ajax (Javascript), XML, Webservices and client side development would be advantageous. You will be paid a salary of £30-35,000 including 6 monthly bonus schemes.
